Terms of Service

1. Service. unlockai sells prepaid API access credits ("units") that can be spent against supported AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi, GLM, Qwen and others). We are a reseller — we are not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any upstream provider.

2. Credits. Credits never expire, are non-transferable between accounts, and have no cash value. One unit ≈ one base-model token; model multipliers apply per the live catalog.

3. Keys. Your API key is shown once at issuance. Store it securely — anyone holding it can spend your credits. We can revoke and reissue compromised keys on request; spent units are not recoverable.

4. Upstream terms. Usage of models through your key is subject to each upstream provider's acceptable-use policy. You may not use the service for illegal content, abuse, or to resell access without a written agreement.

5. Availability. We proxy upstream providers. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; upstream outages are outside our control.

6. Refunds. See the Refund Policy — unused units are refundable within 30 days.

7. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
